In the most difficult period of the pandemic, APEPCY office and the Beijing Changier Education Foundation took quick action and participated actively in the “China Europe Anti epidemic Green Ribbon” action which was jointly initiated by more than 100 industry organizations and foundations across the country. They called to the Changier Bases/Workstations, overseas returnees’ communities, overseas students’ groups, organizations, enterprises and public figures to join forces and contribute to China’s non-governmental diplomacy.

Many Changier bases and charity organizations actively responded to the call. All donations have been remitted to the account of Beijing Changier Education and Education Foundation, and will be earmarked as special funds. It will be used to purchase anti-pandemic materials and be donated to embassies of European and African countries in China.
