One to One Funding

Notice:

In order to better serve and inform donors of the details of this project, please read the following content in detail!

01. Before the actual donation, only the aid number, gender, school grade, and family background of the student will be provided to the donor. After the donation is confirmed, we will provide the student's name and photo. (According to the "Emergency Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education on Comprehensively Clearing and Regulating Public Information of Student Aid", personal sensitive information such as student ID number, home address, phone number, date of birth, bank card number, etc. cannot be disclosed.)

02. This project is mainly a "one-to-one" or "one-to-many" donation. The donation amount is 2,300 yuan/year/person, of which 2,000 yuan is distributed to the beneficiaries, and 300 yuan is the project execution cost.

03. The donation is for one year, and donors may donate once or every year until the beneficiary completes certain studies.

04. Donations will be distributed centrally from April to June or September to December every year under the supervision of Changier staffs, the school, and a third party (government departments such as the local education bureau or the Youth League Committee).

05. Changier will provide donors:

① Donation certificate and donation invoice;

② Photos of donation distribution and registration (student signature and fingerprint);

③ In case that more than one person wants to fund the same student, the donor of this student will be the one who transfers the donation first. The other donor(s) may choose another beneficiary.
