2006

On 24th April, the project “Research on the Application of Film Classes for AIDS Prevention & Treatment and Sex Education in Schools” was launched and listed as a key topic in the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” scientific research plan of the Chinese Society of Education. Zhang Yinjun was appointed as the project leader.

On 18 October, the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth (hereinafter referred to as “APEPCY”), approved by the China Charity Federation and the Chinese Society of Education, was launched by Zhang Yinjun. APEPCY is devoted to promoting AIDS awareness and sex education in schools, and helping orphans and elderly people with no family caused by AIDS. The project is led by Fan Baojun, President of the China Charity Federation. Gu Mingyuan,President of the Chinese Society of Education is the leader of the supervisory group and Zhang Yinjun is the Office Director.

On 23ed December, the launch ceremony of the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth was held at the China Hall of Science and Technology in Beijing. Xu Jialu, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chairman of the Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy, and Zhang Huaixi, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Vice Director of the Standing Central Committee of China Association for Promoting Democracy took the post of general advisors of APEPCY. Bai Yansong, a well-known CCTV presenter, was appointed as the ambassador of APEPCY.

2007

From March to December, over 40 lectures and trainings on AIDS awareness and partnership were held by the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth in collaboration with UNICEF China, Peking University Health Science Center, Beijing Institute of Technology, China University of Mining and Technology, Henan Normal University, Yanshan University and Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology.

On 2nd September, the “2007 CCTV Warm Spring Charity Party” was held by the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth (APEPCY). The attendants included Peng Peiyun, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress, Zhang Huaixi, Vice Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Fan Baojun, Chairman of the China Charity Federation, Gu Mingyuan, President of the Chinese Society of Education, Wang Longde, Director of National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention and Vice Minister of Ministry of Health, Zhai Huisheng, Executive Vice Chairman of the Party Group of the China Journalists Association, and Yang Zhoufu, Assistant Minister of Ministry of Education. More than 500 people attended the event and signed the National Press Initiative to support APEPCY, including leaders from National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention, the Ministry of Civil Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and other relevant government departments, representatives of international organizations such as the World Health Organization, as well as envoys from France and South Africa, outstanding entrepreneurs from home and abroad, athletes, actors, actress, university student volunteers and representatives of 100 media across China.

On 12th September, Robert Mundell, Nobel Laureate in Economics, “Father of the Euro”, and his wife Valarie Mundell were appointed as General Advisors to the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth.

In October, the Direct Aid Program (DAP) of Australian Embassy in China funded the development of Changier Hut in Tianjin Hongguang Middle School to conduct research on “AIDS prevention and sexual health education for Tibetan students through film classes”.

On 23th November, the first Changier Hut in China was set up in Fushun No. 2 Middle School.

On 30th November, the first Changier Hut in China was set up at Chang'an University (Shaanxi Province).

On December 1st the 20th World AIDS Day,APEPCY’s large photo exhibition “AIDS prevention and control education for young people in Hunan Province” was launched at Hunan University. The exhibition will be displayed in Hunan-based universities on tour.

2008

From March to April, the lecture on AIDS Awareness in English was held at the Affiliated High School of Beijing Jiaotong University by the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth.

On 27th April, the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth, together with the China Charity Federation, Chinese Society of Education and Henan TV raised over RMB 480,000 in a gala to support the building of Changier Hut among schools in Henan Province.

From 5-9th May, the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth held forums on AIDS awareness at Beijing University and Beijing Foreign Studies University. The forums took the form of lectures, fundraising activities, AIDS photo exhibitions, and film exhibitions, etc., introduces knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment and the current situation of AIDS prevention in China to university students.

After the Wenchuan earthquake on 19th May, , Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Changier and Bai Yansong, the ambassador of the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth, launched the “Joint Action on Post-Disaster Psychological Assistance for Teenagers” (1+1 Heart To Heart Workstation)to offer post-disaster psychological assistance for teenagers.

On 31st May, as the first team offering psychological assistance sent by a private organization, Zhang Yinjun led a 1+1 Heart to Heart Action psychologists team to the earthquake area in Wenchuan and helped more than 3,900 local senior high school students and teachers.

In September, APEPCY’s“AIDS prevention and control education for young people in Hunan Province Photo Exhibition in Hunan ended its tour. The exhibition was displayed in 105 universities and colleges in Hunan Province for 11 months and was viewed by about 570,000 people.

On September 8th, the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth held lectures on AIDS prevention and awareness in the pastoral areas of Ulatqian Banner in Bayan Nur City, Inner Mongolia.

On the 24th Teachers' Day September 10-11th, the first Changier Hut in primary school and the first Heart To Heart workstation were set up at Renbei Experimental Primary School in Chengdu and Sichuan Technology Business College respectively. Gu Mingyuan, head of the Changier Hut taskforce and president of Chinese Society of Education attended the event.

On 23rd September, Zhang Yinjun, Director of the APEPCY Office, was entrusted by the National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention to go to technical schools in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces to conduct training for teachers on AIDS awareness.

On 28th November, the event “Red Ribbon Flying in Campus — Nationwide AIDS Prevention Song Collection and Singing among Universities” was co-held by the Information Office of the Ministry of Health, the Department of Physical Education, Health and Arts of the Ministry of Education, the Youth Rights and Interests Department of the Central Committee of the Youth League, the United Nations Population Fund, China Foundation for the Prevention of STDs and AIDS, the China Foundation for the Prevention of STDs and AIDS, and the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth in Beijing. The campaign aims to disseminate knowledge about AIDS prevention among students in colleges and universities, enhance their AIDS prevention skills, cultivate a civilized and healthy lifestyle, and create a favorable social environment for AIDS prevention and treatment.

From November to December, during the 21st World AIDS Day period, the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth and 27 schools with Changier Huts carried out over 50 AIDS awareness events, and the related videos were viewed 672,345 times on the Internet and were reposted over one million times.

From 16 to 20th December, the "2008 National School Sexual Health Education Experience Exchange and Academic Seminar" held by the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth in Chengdu was attended by 157 representatives from more than 70 schools and units in 14 provinces and cities across the country.

2009

From April to June, APEPCY’s large photo exhibition “Youth AIDS Awareness” toured 91 middle and senior high schools, and secondary special schools in Changsha City, and was visited by c.a. 205,000 students.

On 23rd May, the APEPCY’s “1+1 Heart to Heart Workstations” project was awarded the “Sustainable Project for Earthquake Relief” by Red Cross Society of China.

On 15th July, the 15th anniversary ceremony of the China Charity Federation and the commendation ceremony of “Outstanding Contributor Award od Chinese Charity” was held at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing. The project “1+1 Heart to Heart Workstations” was awarded the “Outstanding Contribution to Chinese Charity as a Project”. Bai Yansong, the ambassador of the APEPCY project, was awarded the "Outstanding Contributor (Volunteer) for Chinese Charity”.

On November 3rd, the first Changier Base was established at Chengdu University. On the same day, Changier Huts were set up in 21 schools in Chengdu.

From 3rd to 13th November, APEPCY carried out a family sex education lecture tour to "protect the sexual health of young boys and girls" in 20 schools in Chengdu. Nearly 20000 parents listened to the lecture.

On December 1st, the 22nd World AIDS Day, the APEPCY Office, together with more than 50 schools with Changier Huts in 15 provinces and cities across China launched over 70 publicity events on AIDS prevention and treatment, covering nearly 60,000 people.

2010

On 14th April, after the earthquake in Yushu, Qinghai, APEPCY’s project “1+1 Heart To Heart Workstations” donated 10 million RMB to the disaster-stricken area to build Changier Huts in schools to provide post-disaster psychological assistance for students.

On 12th September, an optional course “sex education”, funded by APEPCY, was set up at Chengdu University. Chengdu University became the second university in China to offer this course following Capital Normal University. Bai Yansong, ambassador of APEPCY, gave the first lesson to the students.

On December 1st, the 23rd World AIDS Day, the APEPCY Office and more than 50 schools with Changier Huts in 15 provinces and cities across China carried out more than 80 publicity events on AIDS prevention and awareness, benefiting more than 70,000 people.

2011

On 23rd March, the first batch of Changier Huts were set up in 22 schools in the disaster-stricken area by the APEPCY’s 1+1 Heart to Heart Workstation project after the Yushu earthquake.

On 29th April, the “Love in Hong Kong” charity fair was held by The APEPCY in Hong Kong. Officials from the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in Hong Kong attended the event and visited the photo exhibition on “AIDS Awareness in Schools and Disaster Relief for Earthquake-stricken Area in Wenchuan”.

From 20th to 22nd August, the “5-year Changier” experience exchange seminar was held in Daqing. Yan Junqi, Vice-Chairman of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, announced the opening of the Changier base in Daqing. More than 400 representatives from over 200 schools and colleges in 17 provinces and cities across China participated in the event.

On November 1st, China Charities Aid Foundation for Children became the organizer of the APEPCY and established a special fund for APEPCY.

On December 1st, during the 24th World AIDS Day, the APEPCY office and more than 140 schools with Changier Huts launched over 180 publicity events on AIDS awareness, benefiting 150,000 people.

On December 14th, 6 Changier Huts were set up by the APEPCY’s 1+1 Heart To Heart Workstation project at schools in the disaster-stricken area in Gansu.

2012

On 24th February, the Changier Huts project won the Grand Prize in the 2012 Responsible China Awards for its advanced public welfare concept and innovative educational model.

On 31st March, Changier Huts were set up in 45 schools in Chengdu and Xichang.

On 20th April, APEPCY was approved to apply for the first session of the Ministry of Civil Affairs "central finance supports social organizations to participate in social service projects", and was granted with project funds of 2 million yuan.

From 21st to 22nd April, the APEPCY launched the “Teacher Training Program on Sexual Health Education for University Students”. Nearly 200 teachers, staffs of student affair and psychological counselors from more than 60 universities in Beijing, including Tsinghua University, Peking University and Beijing Normal University, and universities in Jilin, Shandong, Chongqing and Fujian attended the training.

From 1st to 3rd June, China Charities Aid Foundation for Children launched a public benefit campaign for students in Liangshan. APEPCY donated 5,000 kits worth RMB 250,000 to children in Liangshan Prefecture and signed a project cooperation agreement with government of Zhaojue County to build Changier Huts in local schools for promoting AIDS awareness.

On 24th September, APEPCY donated 5,000 kits to the earthquake-stricken areas in Yiliang County, Yunnan Province to support earthquake relief efforts.

On 11th October, APEPCY set up 10 Changier Huts in Zhaojue County, Liangshan Prefecture, covering all local secondary schools. Six Changier classes were also set up to support 300 poor children affected by AIDS to complete their studies.

On November 16th, the Changier workstation was set up in Yingjiang. The first six Changier Huts were set up in 6 schools to give financial supports to 300 children affected by AIDS.

On December 1st, 2012, during the 25th World AIDS Day, the APEPCY and Sohu Public Goods jointly launched the 2012 national educational campaign on AIDS prevention for youth. More than 210 schools with Changier Huts carried out a series of activities to promote AIDS awareness and support poor children affected by AIDS in Liangshan Prefecture.

2013

On 9th January, Chongqing Changier base was established and the first batch of Changier Huts were set up in 10 universities.

In April, APEPCY and China’s ASL Association donated 20 wheelchairs worth over RMB 20,000 to the Chongqing Children's Welfare House and children with cerebral palsy of the Yi ethnic group in Zhaoge County.

On 22nd April, after the earthquake in Ya'an, Sichuan, APEPCY called on fundraising activities in all Changier bases, workstations and schools nationwide for supporting the post-disaster psychological assistance for young people in the earthquake-stricken areas.

On 25th May, the fourth Chongqing Student Growth Forum, organized by the APEPCY, was successfully concluded. The forum took more than three months to prepare, and nearly 100,000 students and teachers from more than 50 local universities and colleges contributed to the preparatory work.

The 5th Asian Conference on Sexuality Education and the 6th National Conference on School Sexuality Education and Teacher Training for Sexuality Education, funded by the APEPCY, was held in Chengdu from 12th to 15th August. More than 400 people attended the conference, including experts, scholars, school leaders and teachers from China, the United States, Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other countries and regions.

On 13th September, the second batch of Heart to Heart Huts was set up in 23 schools in Yushu after the earthquake.

On 18th October, the Jiangyin Changier base was established and the first batch of Changier Huts were set up in 10 local schools.

On 1st December, during the 26th World AIDS Day, the APEPCY launched the publicity campaign “Know AIDS - Define Love” in more than 290 schools across China, benefiting 250,000 people.

2014

On February 18th, a charity gala was held in Linzhou City (home to Red Flag Canal), and the Linzhou Changier base was launched.

On May 7th, Beijing Changier Education Foundation was registered.

On May 16th, the lecture on sex education themed as “Youth Love Education for a Happy Life” was held by Beijing Changier Education Foundation in Linzhou. More than 1,400 people attended the lecture, including managers and teachers from local primary and secondary schools.

On 3rd August, Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated disaster-relief materials worth more than 1.15 million RMB to the stricken area after the earthquake in Ludian, Yunnan. On the same day, the Foundation donated 130,000 RMB and clothes worth more than 1.34 million yuan to Zhaoge County, Liangshan Prefecture to support the local poor children affected by AIDS.

On 18th September, Changier Huts were set up at 36 schools in Yingjiang County, Yunnan Province. Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated RMB 400,000 and materials worth over RMB 1.63 million to local schools.

On 25th November, Changier Huts were set up in 28 schools in Jiangyin, Jiangsu Province.

On 30th November, a Changier Workstation was launched in Chongchuan District of Nantong, and the first 12 Changier Huts were set up in local communities.

On December 1st, during the 27th World AIDS Day, more than 370 schools and communities across the country with Changier Huts carried out AIDS awareness campaigns, benefiting more than 310,000 people.

On December 3rd, Gu Mingyuan, President of the Chinese Society of Education, Tao Xiping, Advisor to the General Education Inspector, Zhang Daocheng, former Deputy Secretary-General of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Wei Jiuming, Honorary Chairman of China Charities Aid Foundation for Children, Wang Zoshu, Vice Chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party Central Committee, and Dai Jiagan, Executive Vice President of the Chinese Society of Education, jointly wrote a letter to Premier Li Keqiang, requesting him to pay attention to sexual health education for young students and support the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth.

On December 5th and 6th, Premier Li Keqiang and Vice-Premier Liu Yandong gave instructions to APEPCY respectively. Premier Li Keqiang instructed that the more targeted health education for adolescents should be conducted, and scientifically combine with AIDS prevention. Vice-Premier Liu Yandong instructed that sexual health education for young people should be included in the agenda as an important lesson for the healthy growth of young people and an important part of AIDS prevention efforts. She also indicated that such education should be carried out widely for university students, and relevant measures should be applied to stop the spread of AIDS among students.

On 29th December, Benmountain Media Group donated 20 million RMB to Beijing Changier Education Foundation.

2015

On January 8th, 10 Changier Huts were set up at universities in Chongqing.

On February 8, the symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness for Chinese Youths was held in the auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), hosted by Beijing Changier Education Foundation. Zhou Tienong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 11th National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the Democratic Revolution, attended the event. More than 160 people also attended the symposium, including representatives from the National People's Congress, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, the National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention, the Ministry of Education, National Health Commission, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League and representatives from private enterprises, social organizations, medias, schools with Youth Love bases and Cabins.

In March, during the “Two Sessions” of the National People's Congress, Beijing Changier Education Foundation advocated for the related policy. A number of deputies and members of the National People's Congress noticed the suggestions of the APEPCY and called for the science-based, systematic and effective sexuality education for young people in the form of bills, proposals or suggestions to prevent and control the spread of AIDS.

On 26th April, Beijing Changier Education Foundation and the China Education Policy Research Institute of Beijing Normal University reached a cooperation agreement to carry out research on policies related to sexuality education around the world.

From 20 to 26 July, the first national teacher training programorganized by the APEPCY was held, which would last for four years, with two sessions of seven days each year.

On 23 September, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation signed a framework agreement with the Education Bureau of Dehong Prefecture for the construction of the Youth Love base in Dehong Prefecture. Over the next five years, the Foundation will invest RMB 10 million and materials to Dehong Prefecture to support the building of Changier Huts, teacher training and publicity campaigns.

On December 1th, the 28th World AIDS Day, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation was interviewed by Xinhua and IFeng.com together with Katherine Su, UNAIDS Representative in China, and Wu Zunyou, Director of National Center for AIDS/STD Control and Prevention, discussing the problems faced by China's AIDS prevention and treatment efforts, especially the AIDS awareness education for young students.

On December 1th, the 28th World AIDS Day, more than 490 schools and communities with Changier Huts carried out publicity campaigns on AIDS prevention and treatment, benefiting more than 420,000 people.

On December 11th, APEPCY won the award of “2015 People of the year who impacted China—Charity of the Year” by China Newsweek.

On December 13th, the 2nd symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness for Chinese Youths was held in Beijing, organized by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation. Yan Junqi, Vice Chairman of the National People's Congress (NPC), Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy and General Advisor of the Youth AIDS Project, attended the event. More than 300 people from the National People's Congress, the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, relevant central departments, other provinces and regions, social organizations and experts and scholars attended the event and exchanged views about AIDS prevention and control for young students in China and the experience of ,.

2016

From 15-21 May, the UNAIDS Representative Office in China conducted an evaluation of the Changier Huts project in Yingjiang County, Yunnan Province. The Office visited 33 local schools, interviewed more than 160 government officials, principals, teachers, students and parents and collected more than 1,900 questionnaires from teachers and students. The evaluation positively recognized the efforts of the APEPCY in providing HIV awareness and sex education for students in schools.

On 19th May, Changier base was established in Hubei province and Changier Huts were set up in 23 schools.

On 7th June, APEPCY was selected as a typical case in the Observation Report of the Third Sector in China (2016). The Report concluded that: facing the awkward, tricky, frequently-ignored social issue of AIDS prevention and treatment, which is also difficult to raise funds, APEPCY takes the love education for young people as its mission, building Changier Huts in schools from kindergartens to universities all over the country, continuously exploring the model of health education that meets the national conditions and the characters of students of different age groups in China. It is a social project of education for all and a social experiment ahead of its time.

On 12th June, the second batch of 30 Changier Huts were set up in communities in Chongchuan District, Nantong, Jiangsu Province.

On 8th September, Michel Sidibé, UN Under-Secretary-General and Executive Director of UNAIDS, led a working group to visit Changier Huts project in Ruili, Yunnan Province, indicating that Changier’s experience in providing HIV awareness and sex education for students in schools can be introduced worldwide.

On 14th October, a Changier workstation was set up in Yuanjiang County, Yuxi. Changier Huts were set up in 19 local schools.

On 4th November, Changier Huts were set up in 7 local universities in Yunnan province.

On 16-17th November, during the 4th Nishan Forum on World Civilization, Nishan Forum on Global Women was hosted by Beijing Changier Education Foundation to discuss topics including gender equality and sustainable development, healthy lifestyles for women, women and social welfare, and women and cultural heritage. Ms. Tang Zhuli, Representative of UN Women in China, attended the forum. Ms. Puri, Deputy Director of UN Women, and Ms. Yoo Soon-taek, wife of UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, sent congratulatory letters to the forum.

On 25th November, a Changier base was established in Heilongjiang province and the first 20 Changier Huts were set up in local schools.

On 30th November, a Changier Workstation was established in Fengtai district in Beijing and the first 10 Changier Huts were set up in local schools.

On December 1th, the 29th World AIDS Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held a charity concert “Fighting AIDS with Love—Music Lights Up Life” at the Centenary Lecture Hall of Peking University. More than 2,000 representatives from all walks of life and university students attended the event.

On December 1st, the third batch of 19 Changier Huts were set up in communities in Chongchuan District, Nantong, Jiangsu Province.

2017

In March, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the 61st session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.

24 - 29th March, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to visit the Canadian Catholic School Boards Association to discuss how to educate young students about AIDS awareness and sexuality education.

On June 20th, a Changier base was established in Wencheng, Wenzhou.

From 20 to 26 July, the first national teacher training programorganized by the APEPCY was held, which would last for four years, with two sessions of seven days each year.

On 27th November, the third symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness for Chinese Youths (APEPCY) organized by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation was held in the auditorium of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). Cai Dafeng, Executive Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, attended the meeting. CCTV presenter Kang Hui was appointed as the second ambassador of APEPCY. More than 380 people attended the conference, including representatives from the National People's Congress, the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Ministries and Commissions, the Federation of Industry and Commerce of Democratic Parties, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, provincial and municipal governments, representatives of UNAIDS, UNESCO, UN Women, UNICEF and other international organizations, as well as guests from media, charities, universities, research institutes, enterprises and institutions, civil society organizations, experts, scholars and other individuals. People reached consensus on issues such as strengthening the school sexual health education mechanism and focusing on blocking the sexual transmission of AIDS.

On December 1th, the 30th World AIDS Day, more than 760 schools and communities with Changier Huts across China carried out AIDS prevention and treatment activities, benefiting more than 640,000 people.

2018

In January, Beijing Changier Education Foundation was rated as a 4A-level social organization.

On April 13th, the second batch of Changier Huts in 30 schools were set up in Fengtai district, Beijing.

On April 25th, the project “Realizing the dream of going to school for the children with AIDS” of Beijing Changier Education Foundation was awarded the “Charity Project of the Year” award in the 15th China Charity List.

On 20th June, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the meeting with the United Nations representative offices in Beijing.

On 13th July, the second batch of Changier Huts were set up in 48 schools in Linzhou, Henan Province.

On 17th August, a Changier workstation was established in Nangang District, Harbin. 12 Changier Huts were set up in local hospitals.

From 26 – 27th September, the Second Nishan World Women's Forum themed as “Women’s Empowerment and Building a Community with a Shared Future” was held by Beijing Changier Education Foundation. Chen Zhili, former State Council Member and Vice Chairman of the 11th National People's Congress Standing Committee, attended the forum. Irina Bokova, former Director-General of UNESCO, sent a congratulatory message to the forum.

On December 1st, Changier bases were established respectively in Hunan province, Changsha and Chenzhou. 24 Changier Huts were set up in local schools.

On December 1st, the 31st World AIDS Day, more than 870 schools and communities with Changier Huts carried out publicity campaigns on AIDS prevention and treatment, benefiting more than 730,000 people.

2019

On 15th May, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend “Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations and Asian Civilization Week” activities.

From May 24 – 25th, the National school AIDS prevention and sexual health education exchange meeting and exhibition of seed teacher training results of APEPCY was held in Linzhou, Henan Province.

On May 25th, the 4th symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness for Chinese Youths was held in Linzhou, Henan Province.

On 18th June, Beijing Changier Eductaion Foundation was granted the special consultative status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).

On 1st October, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Eductaion Foundation, was invited to attend the 70th anniversary celebration ceremony of the founding of the People's Republic of China.

On 1th December, during the 32nd World AIDS Day, more than 920 schools and communities with Changier Huts launched publicity campaigns on AIDS awareness, benefiting more than 780,000 people.

2020

On 18th January, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the Fifth symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness Education for Chinese Youths.

On April 23rd, World Book Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the first “Mothers and their children read books for protecting the earth” event, in which more than 100 women from home and abroad, including Marielza Oliveira, Director of UNESCO Representative Office in China, Mariatu Kargbu, Sierra Leone's Ambassador of Friendship between China and Africa, and French artist Pierre Alivon, read the “Letter to Mothers” together with Zhang Yinjun, Chairwoman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, calling on mothers to read books with children.

From February to May, Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated more than RMB 3 million pandemic prevention and control materials to Beijing, Hubei province, Jiangxi province and Budapest, Hungary.

On June 13th, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held a charity event entitled “Love Health, Love Future - Love Education on Campus”. Guangzhou Rongli Biotechnology Company donated more than 130,000 sets of health kits worth RMB 20 million for the daily sanitation and disinfection of students to help prevent epidemics on campus.

On June 13th, the first set of “Video Course on AIDS Prevention and Sexuality Education in Schools” (primary and junior high school versions) was released to the public. The course was recorded over two years by experts from the Beijing Changier Education Foundation under the guidance of the National Health Commission, the Ministry of Education and the China Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.

On 17th August, Cai Dafeng, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, inspected Changier Hut project during his visit to Anlong County, Guizhou Province.

From 15 to 20th September, Beijing Changier Education Foundation carried out a series of activities to support Tibet by setting up a workstation in Chengguan District, Lhasa, setting up Changier Huts in 23 schools and donating 1.06 million RMB and materials to Tibet. During the event, the 11th Panchen Lama Erdeni Quejijeb, the Standing Committee of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and the chairman of the Aid for Tibet Development Foundation met and had an in-depth discussion with the representatives of the Foundation in Shigatse on furthering aid to Tibet and promoting the healthy growth of Tibetan young people.

From 6th to 10th October, Beijing Changier Education Foundation was invited to attend the G20 Civil Society Online Conference.

On 24th November,  Beijing Changier Education Foundation charity held the event “Together Forever” at the Red Ribbon School in Linfen. Kang Hui, the ambassador of the AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth, donated a Changier Hut in the school.

On 1st December, the 33rd World AIDS Day, more than 950 schools and communities with Changier Huts launched publicity campaigns on AIDS prevention and treatment, benefiting more than 800,000 people.

2021

Beijing Changier Education Foundation attended the 46th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council from 23rd February to 24th March and made a video speech.

On 25th February, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the National Poverty Alleviation Summary and Commendation Conference.

Beijing Changier Education Foundation attended the 65th session of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women from 15 - 26th March. Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, gave a speech “Women as a key driver for a change”.

From 22 – 23rd April, on World Book Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the second “Mothers and their children read books for protecting the earth” event in Nishan, Shandong Province.

On 24th May, Beijing Changier Education Foundation, together with other organizations held the 10th International Anti-Discrimination Lunch Day in Linfen Red Ribbon School. The #let’s have a meal together hashtag for Anti-Discrimination Lunch Science Popularization Week campaign was viewed by over 110 million times.

On 28th May, Taizhou Changier Base was established and the first batch of 22 Changier Huts were set up in local schools, together with the donation of more than 16.94 million worth of books and educational courses.

From 4 – 7th June, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the “2021 APEPCY Teacher Training Program on HIV Prevention, Sexual Health and Mental Health Education”. More than 100 teachers and leaders from Changier bases, Changier workstations, schools with Changier Huts and partners attended the event.

On June 5th, Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated video courses on HIV prevention worth RMB 200,000 to the African Ambassadors' Wives' Association in China at the Africa Charity Night.

On 1st July, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the 100th anniversary celebration ceremony of the founding of the Communist Party of China.

On July 8th, Beijing Changier Education Foundation attended the 47th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council and made a written statement.

Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to deliver a video talk at the UN High Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF) from 5 - 16th July, 2021.

From 26th July to 2nd August, a Changier Base was established in Shigatse, 29 Changier Huts were set up in local schools of Chengguan District of Lhasa City and Shigatse City, together with a donation of RMB 490,000 and more than 43.1 million worth of books and video lessons to local schools.

In August, Beijing Changier Education Foundation and Bytedance Charity launched a public welfare campaign entitled “Focusing on the Internet Safety for Teenagers”. It aimed at popularizing knowledge of safe Internet access to students and their parents, raising their awareness of internet safety, improving their practical skills, and building defensive lines for families. The related videos got over 630 million views.

Beijing Changier Education Foundation presented a written statement and a video talk at the 48th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council On 17th and 27th September respectively.

Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to deliver a video speech at the G20 Civil Society Conference on 5-8th October, 2021.

On 19th October, a Changier Base was set up in Xuhui district, Shanghai. The first batch of 20Changier Huts were set up in local schools, and 6.3 million RMB worth of books and video lessons were donated to the schools.

On 3th November, Chairman Zhang Yinjun was invited to attend the International Webinar “My Stories with the UN” and delivered a keynote speech.

On 27th November, Beijing Changier Education Foundation and Subcommittee of Social and Legal Affairs of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) National Committee co-hosted the sixth symposium on AIDS Prevention and Awareness for Chinese Youths. Zhang Qingli, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC attended the symposium. The symposium launched the of “Ending AIDS sex education and humanistic education popularization Campaign”.

On 1st December, during the 34th World AIDS Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated more than 780,000 RMB to the Red Ribbon School in Linfen to offer students the latest HIV drugs. More than 1,000 schools nationwide launched the “Ending AIDS sex education and humanistic education popularization Campaign”.

Zhang Yinjun was invited to attend the parallel sub-event of the China-Africa Civil Forum on “Prospects and Challenges of Education in Africa—Reconstructing Education for Children” and the online seminar on “Strengthening Humanities Exchange and Promoter Solidarity and Development” on 8-9th December,.

On December 18th, the “Changier Think Tank” was inaugurated at the Health Research Institute, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Yan Junqi, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People's Congress and General Advisor of APEPCY was invited to inaugurate the Think Tank.

On 28th December, Chairman Zhang Yinjun was invited to attend the 9th UNESCO Media and Women Chair Forum and delivered a speech.

2022

On 10th January, Chairman Zhang Yinjun attended the 2nd Dialogue on Civilization Exchange and Mutual Learning.

From 13 – 14th January, the 11th Philanthropy Festival was held in Shanghai. After nomination and recommendation and deliberation by the jury, tBeijing Changier Education Foundation was awarded “2021 Charity Organization of the Year” and Chairman Zhang Yinjun the "2021 Public Welfare Figure".

On April 23rd, World Book Day, the third “Mothers and their children read books for protecting the earth” event was held by Beijing Changier Education Foundation in Beijing.

On 27th April, Chairman Zhang Yinjun attended the kick-off meeting of a series of thematic activities entitled "Look at China today and seek global development" and the founding meeting of the International Volunteer Service Committee of the China Volunteer Service Federation.


On May 26, “Changier Huts” were founded in 10 schools in Taizhou.

On May 26, Beijing Changier Education Foundation launched a large-scale public benifit activity with the theme of "Give you a red ribbon and let us have a good meal together - the Lunch Day of the 11th International Anti-Discrimination against AIDS Awareness Month". Via online video, people from all walks of life offered blessings to the students of Red Ribbon School in Linfen, Shanxi, the only school for children with AIDS in China, and jointly called for AIDS anti-discrimination. The video spread 140 million times online.

In June, Beijing Changier Education Foundation participated in the 50th session of the United Nations Human Rights Council and made written and video speeches. They introduced China's achievements and experience in actively implementing the "Beijing Platform for Action" and ensuring special protection for girls and rural left-behind children.

On July 5, Beijing Changier Education Foundation organized a side event of the United Nations High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development with the theme of "Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals for Disadvantaged Women and Children". Experts, scholars and youth representatives from China and internationally shared solutions and suggestions at the meeting. They were committed to promoting and achieving sustainable development of women. More than 220 experts, scholars, NGO organizations and youth student representatives from the field of the Protection of Women's Rights and Interests from China and internationally attended the meeting.

On July 18, the Mingde base and the other 31 Mingde Academy Workstations of AIDS Prevention Education Project for Chinese Youth (APEPCY) across the country were established.

From July 20 to 22, in order to promote sex education in schools and the research results of sex education projects in schools in recent years, and improve the theoretical level and operational skills of front-line teachers in implementing sex education, Beijing Changier Education Foundation and Beijing Sexual Health Education Research Association co-sponsored the "AIDS Prevention for Adolescents, Sex Education First—School Sex Education and AIDS Prevention Exchange and Training Conference". More than 500 teachers participated in the training.

On August 12, the International Civil Society Joint Implementation of Global Development Initiative Exchange Conference was held. The conference signed and issued the Joint Declaration on the Joint Implementation of the Global Development Initiative in International Civil Societies. Beijing Changier Education Foundation actively participated in the preparatory work of the conference, and specially invited Rashid Alimov, former secretary-general of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization(SCO) and senior scholar of Taihe Institute, Harvey Dzodin, legal adviser to former US President Jimmy Carter, Ambassador of the Republic of Benin to China Simon Pierre Adovelande, and 15 representatives from all walks of life from Pakistan, Singapore, Japan, Sierra Leone, South Korea, the United States and other countries to participate in response to the joint initiative on global development, so to contribute to the construction of a community of shared future for global development and the joint implementation of global development initiatives by international civil society.

In September, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation participated in the 51st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council and submitted a video speech to the conference with the topic of "communicating in minority languages for charity and public welfare activities". In the video speech, Chairman Zhang Yinjun introduced the achievements of the foundation's work in mental health education for youth, AIDS prevention education, and sexual health education, as well as her experience in education support and popularizing AIDS prevention education in Tibet and Xinjiang.

On September 2, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation launched a Love Donation activity in Yuanjiang County, Yunnan Province, donating 100,000 yuan as scholarships and 5.5263 million yuan as "Love Education" video courses to local schools.

From September 7 to 9, during the 99 Giving Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation's projects raised a total of more than 7,078,963.24 yuan (including matching donations) or almost 1.02 million US dollars. Two hundred twelve schools and institutions and 301,083 people participated in the donation.

On September 15, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation launched a charity activity in Huade County, Inner Mongolia, and donated money and supplies worth in total of 2.206 million yuan (ca. 290 thousand US dollar) to local schools, including 100,000 yuan (more than 14,000 US dollars) as scholarships, 160,000 yuan (almost 23,000 US dollars) for epidemic prevention and disinfection supplies, and more than 7,000 sets of "Love Education" video courses.

On September 26, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the Seventh Meeting of the Second Session.

On September 28, Maylink Holding Group Limited and Ningbo Shenglin E-Commerce Co., Ltd. donated 350,000 KN95 masks worth 2.03 million yuan (ca. 291 thousand US dollar) to Beijing Changier Education Foundation for the prevention and control of covid-19 in the campuses in Beijing, Guizhou, Tibet, and Hunan.

On September 30, 120,000 KN95 masks donated by Beijing Changier Education Foundation to Jinsha County, Guizhou Province, with a total value of 699,000 yuan (ca. 100 thousand US dollar), arrived at the municipal Government of Jinsha County. Lin Yong, a member of the Jinsha County Committee of the CPC and head of the United Front Work Department, accepted the donations on behalf of Jinsha County.

On November 12, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the Eighth meeting of the Second Session.

From November 21 to 25, the eve of the 35th World AIDS Day, Beijing Changier Education Foundation organized four Kwai live broadcasts, with more than 20,000 viewers watching online.

On December 21, Beijing Changier Education Foundation's "Tomorrow on the Moon" won the Gold Award in the 2022 Yellow River Award - Create for Good, a Digital Public Welfare Creative Competition.

On December 21, Beijing Changier Education Foundation won the honorary title of "Aona Award - 2022 Outstanding Public Benifit Communication Influence" at the Fifth Social Responsibility Conference.

On December 28, at the 12th Public Benifit Festival, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, won the "Public Benifit Person of the Year", and "Education of Love" project won the "Public Benifit Project Award of the Year".

2023

On January 1, Beijing Changier Education Foundation was rated as a 5A social organization in Beijing.

On January 8, Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the Ninth and Tenth Meetings of the Second Session.

On January 22, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was granted the "International Women and Children's Education Achievement Award" by the All American Chinese Association (AACA).


From March 6-8, Beijing Changier Education Foundation together with Dujiangyan Municipal Education Bureau, jointly hold mental health activities in schools themed "Power of Heart, Sunny Growth - Education of Love".

From March 9-12, the 5th National "Jingjin 180 Enterprise Culture Training”, hosted by Ming De Corporate Cultural Institute, took place in Weihai, Shandong. Over 200 nationwide entrepreneurs gathered to explore the power of culture in enterprise development. At the event, 132 companies (individuals) committed to monthly or a single donation, a charity activity named "Gathering Love". The donation periods selected by many enterprises or individuals choosing monthly donations were mostly three or five years. Total intended donations exceeded 12 million yuan.

On March 11, during "the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference", Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was interviewed at the Internet Video Interview Room of News Center of the First Session of the 14th National Committee of the CPPCC, discussing the topic "Empowering Mothers to Build Chinese-style Modernization with their Children".

On April 7, Cai Dafeng, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and Chairman of the Central Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, made a field research in Anlong County, a county receiving counterpart assistance in Qianxinan Buyei and Miao Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou Province. During his visit, he inspected the Changier Hut at Anlong No. 4 Primary School and listened to the report on the counterpart assistant activities carried out by Beijing Changier Education Foundation in Anlong.

On April 7, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation carried out the "Education of Love" charity donation event in Anlong County, Guizhou Province. 9,256 English dictionary pens and translation pens worth 3.5714 million yuan were donated to students in need. The Foundation also assisted in building Changier Huts in six schools, including Anlong No. 7 Primary School and Anlong No. 6 Middle School.

On April 7, the film crew of "Changier" and the Performance Institute of Beijing Film Academy held a joint press conference in the Lecture Hall of the Library on Academy’s Haidian campus.

On April 13, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated 5,983 English learning dictionary pens and translation pens to students in need, worth over 2.72 million yuan in Dawu County, Hubei Province, an old revolutionary base.

On April 14, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated 3,245 English learning dictionary pens and translation pens worth 1,761,715 yuan to students in need in Huangchuan County, Henan Province.

On April 19, Sergey Manassarian, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to China, visited the Beijing Changier Education Foundation. Both parties signed the "Memorandum of Understanding on Strengthening International Cooperation for the Development of Women and Children Affairs between APEPCY and the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in the People's Republic of China".

From April 20-27, the China Economic and Social Council conducted special research in Gansu and Sichuan Provinces, focusing on "developing and expanding rural medical and health forces". The research team was led by Zhang Qingli, Chairman of the China Economic and Social Council. Shu Qiming, Vice Chairman, and Shu Xiaoqin, Standing Director, served as the team leader and deputy team leader respectively. Zhang Yinjun, the Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, participated in the research as a team member.

On April 26, under the guidance of the Youth Rights and Interests Protection Department of the Communist Youth League Central Committee, the 2023 Youth AIDS Prevention Workshop was successfully held. The Workshop was co-sponsored by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and China Youth Daily and organized by China University of Petroleum (Beijing). The Workshop aimed to enhance the health literacy of young people, promote AIDS prevention publicity and education in universities. The Beijing Changier Education Foundation donated 350,000 yuan to set up the "Education of Love", an AIDS prevention charity project, to fund 100 universities nationwide for AIDS prevention publicity and knowledge popularization.

On the afternoon of April 29, on the occasion of the 112th anniversary of Tsinghua University, 10 alumni from Class 1978 of the Department of Hydraulic Engineering were invited to join the Beijing Changier Education Foundation as senior advisors. Zhang Yinjun, the Chairman, issued letters of appointment to them. Previously, four Tsinghua alumni had already joined Changier.

From May 13-15, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held a national base (workstation) training and exchange workshop at the Nongguang Building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. Over 40 people from various Changier bases (workstations), leaders of special funds and cooperative projects, and staff of the Foundation Secretariat attended the meeting.

On the evening of May 19, hosted by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and co-organized by Xiangtan Family Planning Association and the Peer Health Association of Hunan University of Science and Technology, the public welfare event themed " Love Education " took place at Hunan University of Science and Technology.

From May 26-28, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the "2023 Campus Psychological Crisis Intervention Training for School Administrators" in Anlong No.5 Middle School in Guizhou, with over 120 school principals and vice principals in charge of moral education from all over the county participated in the training.

From June 10-12, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the "Mingde Base Sex Education Training for Teachers" at Dalian Sun Valley (Huaxia) School. Over 80 teachers of Mingde Base from various regions, including Beijing, Tianjin, Henan, Zhejiang, Hubei, Shandong, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Dalian, Jiangxi, Guangdong and Hainan, participated in the training.

On June 19, Cheng Liufen, member of the Mental Health Center of the Dujiangyan Municipal Education Bureau and dedicated teacher of Changier Hut, delivered a lecture on interpersonal communication to students from Grade 6 of Kuiguang Primary School in Dujiangyan.

On June 19, the China APEPCY Office and the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held a ceremony to appoint Mr. Song Yang as the Art Ambassador for APEPCY.

On July 1, Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the national charity tour themed "Business Civilization in China" for the first time.

On July 3, Chairman Zhang Yinjun was invited to attend the launching ceremony of the Supreme People's Procuratorate's "One-stop Multi-solution Platform". In the future, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation will collaborate extensively with the Tenth Procuratorial Department of the Supreme People's Procuratorate on legal publicity in schools and communities, judicial assistance for women in difficulty, and the protection of women and children's rights.

On July 6, the first Changier in Jining was inaugurated at the Shandong Provincial Legal Education Base for Adolescents (Jining) in Wenshang County.

From July 7-10, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation organized a "2023 Mental Health Teacher Training" in Huangchuan County, and 31 teachers from 31 schools participated in the training.

From July 14-16, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, in collaboration with Brain Base, held the "Happy Parents" course training at the Nongguang Building of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. About 50 people from Beijing, Hebei, Jiangsu, and other places participated in the training.

From July 15-19, the summer public welfare publicity activity, sponsored by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and co-organized by the Sichuan Sex Sociology and Sex Education Research Center, Gao County Women's Federation in Yibin, and the Sichuan Sex Education Association, was held in Taiping Village, Gao County, Yibin City. Professor Cheng Jing from the Sichuan Sex Sociology and Sex Education Research Center lectured on children's puberty health education titled "Interpreting the Secrets of Youth - Welcoming Adolescence" for children and parents of Taiping Village. More than 80 people attended the lecture.

On July 24, the "Five-dimensional Beauty Seminar for Millions of Members" and the "Yuxiang Club - Henan Elite Female Community Launching Ceremony" of the Henan Aesthetic Code Medical Research Institute were grandly launched at Sheraton Grand Zhengzhou Hotel in Henan. This community will listen to contemporary women's voices, gather ideas and strength to demonstrate diverse kinds of beauty, let the world hear the "women's voice", and help more women become future changemakers and creators!

On July 26, the Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference convened a research seminar involving national industry associations, chambers of commerce, and municipal-level social organizations in Beijing, focusing on "leveraging advantages, integrating resources, and promoting the capital's non-governmental diplomacy". Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the seminar and made a speech.

In July, Lan Xiaoqing, Deputy Director of the China APEPCY's Chenzhou Base in Hunan and Lecturer from the Chenzhou Lecture Team for the "Hunan Changier Public Welfare Lecture", traveled nearly 350 kilometers back and forth to visit the firefighters in Guidong County and Rucheng County, respectively and provided "Mindfulness Healing Psychological Health Group Counseling" for the two brigades.

On the afternoon of August 1, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and the South China University of Technology held a preparatory symposium for the joint construction of the "Changier Charity Assistance Research Center for Rural Revitalization" at the university's Rural Revitalization and Development Research Institute.

On August 8, the "Symposium on Rural Revitalization with Maternal Education" was held at the Changier Experimental School in Huazhou, Guangdong. The Symposium explored the role of public charitable activities in promoting rural revitalization and the integrated development of urban and rural areas, carried out in-depth discussions and exchanges around the topic "Promoting Family Education with Maternal Education and Rural Revitalization with Rural Education", and led to fruitful exchanges that yielded fruitful theoretical and practical innovation.

From August 9-10, during the Symposium on Promoting Family Education with Maternal Education, a 30-person team including Shu Xiaoqin, Standing Director of the China Economic and Social Council visited Wenlou Town, Xin'an Town, and Yangmei Town in Huazhou City to investigate rural education and rural revitalization, with the purpose of "Promoting Family Education with Maternal Education and Rural Revitalization with Rural Education".

On August 22, the "Ecological Family Building" seminar was held in Beijing. The theme of this seminar was "Urgent Affairs for Ecological Civilization and the Way to Build an Ecological Family", co-hosted by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and the Beijing Lehe Public Welfare Foundation. Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, attended the seminar and delivered a speech. The "Lehe Ecological Culture and Education Institute" of Global Village was inaugurated by Liao Xiaoyi, Founder of Beijing Global Village and Dean of Lehe Ecological Culture and Education Institute, and Chairman Zhang Yinjun.

On September 5, the awards ceremony of the 12th China Charity Awards was held at the Grand Hall of People. The "Love's Education Campus Tour" of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation was awarded the China Charity Awards (Charity Project and Charitable Trust).

From September 7-9, during the 99 Giving Day, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation raised a total of RMB 6,786,125.19, with 293,458 person times and 313 schools, organizations and individuals participating in the donations.

On September 25, Wang Zuoshu, Honorary President of the China Association for Non-Government Education, unveiled the APEPCY Hegang Base in Heilongjiang Province, with the first batch of ten Changier Huts being established. The attending guests also visited and conducted research in Suibin County.

On September 27, 95-year-old Prof. Gu Mingyuan, a famous educator and leader of the APEPCY leading group, visited the Changier Huts in Jiangyin Chengjiang Central Primary School, Jiangyin Renmin East Road Primary School and Yunting Middle School respectively.
