On November 29, 2023, under the guidance of the Social Work Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee and the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, the 3rd Beijing Charity Culture Innovation and Sharing Conference, a charity industry event, jointly organized by the Capital Philanthropy Federation and the Beijing Charity Association, was held at the Beijing Jiangxi Grand Hotel. Over 200 attendees participated, including Gong Puguang, vice chairman of the Social Construction Committee of the National People's Congress and president of the China Charity Federation, Zhang Tongjun, deputy minister of the Organization Department of Beijing Municipal Committee, director of the Old Cadres Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Committee, and president of the Capital Philanthropy Federation, Lu Jian, member of the Social Work Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee and deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, presidents of civil affairs departments and charity associations from Beijing, Tianjin, and Hebei, as well as experts, scholars, and representatives of charitable organizations. Xing Haiyan, the vice chairwoman and secretary-general of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, was invited to attend the conference. The project "Love Education Charity Tour" of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, which won the China Charity Awards, were presented in the exhibition at the conference.

The 3rd Beijing Charity Culture Innovation and Sharing Conference, with the theme "Joining Hands for Charity, Creating a Better Life", included four major sections: exhibitions, forums, signing ceremonies and reward.

The exhibition area took the 30th anniversary of the founding of Beijing Charity Association as the axis, showing the development history of the capital's philanthropy. At the same time, excellent projects from this year's venture philanthropy competition were exhibited, showcasing the approaches, solutions, and innovative practices of charitable organizations in addressing issues related to people's livelihoods. The event also launched an online exhibition through the website: www.cishanbj.cn, creating a "never-ending" innovation and sharing conference.

To actively promote the coordinated development of charitable endeavors in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the conference witnessed the release and signing of the "Cooperative Framework Agreement for the Coordinated Development of Charitable Causes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei," which specified the establishment of a joint consultation mechanism among the three areas. It aimed to accelerate the construction of a civilian rapid rescue system focused on the emergency response to natural disasters and to jointly develop a charitable information platform and other important tasks.

The conference also commended the winners of the 12th China Charity Awards in Beijing, organizations and individuals from the China Charity Federation that were exemplary in the national charitable society system promotion activities in 2022, and supported outstanding projects from the 3rd Beijing Venture Philanthropy Competition.

For three consecutive years, the charity sector in the capital has centered around the theme of "Charity Day Of China," conducting the Beijing Charity Culture Innovation and Sharing Conference. This event aims to gather strength from the charity industry, build charity brands, establish the image of the charity sector, enhance the functional role of charity, and mobilize social forces to participate in the construction of the capital's charity governance system.
