On July 15, 2024, 26 international students from the 2024 Discover China All-English Summer Program launched by Beijing Foreign Studies University, representing 18 countries including the United States, Ireland, Poland, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Turkmenistan, Cambodia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Mongolia, Australia, Mexico, Egypt, Nigeria, Congo, Chad, and Sri Lanka, visited the Beijing Changier Education Foundation.

President Zhang Yinjun elaborated on how the Beijing Changier Education Foundation actively participates in domestic governance to benefit the public while utilizing its special consultative status to promote cooperation between international organizations and Chinese social forces, fostering goodwill and cultural exchanges among people from different countries.

President Zhang Yinjun specifically shared the Foundation's successful experiences in poverty alleviation, diverse practices in sex education, pathways to social equity and progress, innovative strategies in HIV/AIDS prevention, and efforts to integrate the autism community into society. Students ALOS Jose and PERALTA Sebastian from Mexico, DINGMBAYE Abel from Chad, and WILSON Miranda Carroll from the U.S. posed questions related to these topics and engaged in profound discussions. The students expressed their delight at having the opportunity to visit the Foundation as part of the "Discover China" Summer Program, where they gained insights into China's warmth, responsibility, and vitality.

This exchange event provided international students with a window into Chinese society and showcased to the world the endeavors and achievements of Chinese non-governmental organizations in promoting the healthy development of global youth.
