October 10, 2023, marks the 32nd World Mental Health Day. The national theme for this year is "Promoting Children's Mental Health, Together Safeguarding a Better Future ".
The National Health Commission held a press conference on October 9 to introduce the situation of children's mental health education. At the same conference,Liu Peijun, Deputy Director of the Department of Physical, Health and Arts Education of the Ministry of Education, announced that enhancing students' mental health education has been elevated to a national strategy.
