We need to innovate the mechanism of the coordination and integration of treatment and prevention, strengthen the responsibility of all parties, focus on key and difficult issues, improve prevention and cure policies, and provide high-quality services for the masses. We need to offer aid and humanistic care to AIDS patients, eliminate discrimination, and bring them with sunshine and warmth.
