On March 14, 2024, Zhang Yinjun, Director of the Social Welfare Special Committee of the Beijing New Social Stratum Association, and Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, led a delegation to inspect the Pinggu District Children's Welfare Home and discuss the " Caring for Children, Improving Development and Ensuring Safety" project.

The delegation inspected the dormitories, classrooms, kitchen, bathing facilities and other infrastructure of the Children's Welfare Home, interacted with the orphaned and disabled children, and engaged in a discussion with the United Front Work Department of Pinggu District Committee, the District Civil Affairs Bureau, the District Education Commission, and the Children's Welfare Institute about the renovation the facilities, equipment allocation of the Home, and assistance in learning and education, psychological counseling, medical treatment, and health maintenance for the orphaned and disabled children.

The Beijing New Social Stratum Association will align with the specific needs raised by the Pinggu District, further organize and integrate resources from various parties, leverage professional strengths, establish regular communication mechanisms, and ensure the effective implementation of projects, thereby supporting the development of children's health initiatives in Pinggu District.
