Recently, the organizing committee of the Beijing International Film Festival and the film crew of Changier officially announced that the film Changier was recommended at the 14th Beijing International Film Festival among the nearly one hundred films.

The film Changier has drawn significant social attention to the mental and physical health and growth of teenagers. The official award citation from the Beijing International Film Festival states: "The film Changier captures the profound love of humanity from a unique and charitable perspective. Every scene in the film is filled with warmth and emotion. Here, we extend our sincere greetings to your team, and award Changier as a recommended film in the 'Cinematic Impressions' category at the 14th Beijing International Film Festival."

The screenwriter and director of the film Changier, Xiang Kai, leading adult actors Xiang Neng and Wang Chunzi, young actors Zhou Xiaoyi, Li Ningyuan, Liu Sijia, Huang Yizi, and Shan Yilun, as well as juvenile actor Xiang Yuyan, attended the award ceremony along with the production team members Li Yanjun, Song Jinyue, and Li Haochen. They also called on the audience to visit cinemas to support China's first youth charitable film. The film tackles issues such as AIDS discrimination, intergenerational family conflicts, youth mental and physical wellness.

The film Changier is based on touching and real-life stories from the APEPCY's 18-year dedication to HIV/AIDS prevention and education for adolescents. Adapted from real-life experiences, it tells a story about two young individuals seeking redemption and being redeemed. The film is scheduled for release prior to the 37th World AIDS Day in 2024.
