On February 20 (the 11th day of the first lunar month), the "Telling Stories of Mothers" symposium, organized by the Beijing Changier Education Foundation and hosted by the Ziyang Sub-district Office of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou City, was held at the community of Shangyangshi Street, known as the site of "the first residents' committee of New China" in Ziyang Sub-district, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou. Zhang Yinjun, Chairman of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, attended and delivered a speech at the meeting. Approximately 50 representatives from various sectors across Beijing, Shanghai, Shaanxi, Hunan, Zhejiang, Shandong, and other regions participated in the symposium and made remarks.

Before the symposium, Chairman Zhang and Zhang Jianwen, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Ziyang Sub-district, Shangcheng District, Hangzhou, jointly unveiled the plaque for the 6th Academy of Maternal Education in China and the 1st Academy of Maternal Education in Zhejiang—Ziyang Academy of Maternal Education. Jin Hui, Deputy Director of the Ziyang Sub-district Office in Hangzhou, was appointed as the first Dean.
