From July 21-23, the Beijing Changier Education Foundation held the "Changier Teacher Growth Seminar" in Dalian. More than 80 participants, including key teachers from schools involved in the Changier Hut projects across various APEPCY bases and workstations nationwide, responsible teachers, and teacher representatives from the Maternal Love Academy, attended the training activities.

Jing Xueping, Chair of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Jinshui District, Zhengzhou, Zhang Yinjun, President of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, Vice Chairmen Shan Yishan and Li Xianfeng, members Wei Yingjie and Zheng Yan, Supervisor Wang Yan, Du Mei, Vice Director of the Academic Committee, expert committee member Zhang Meimei, Niu Min, a member of the Beijing Writer's Association and a contracted writer with China Writers Publishing House, Liu Yulin, the lead instructor for the Tsinghua University CEO Leadership Program, Huang Zhanpeng, director of Huazhou Changier Experimental School, Zhang Yahong, Headmaster of Xi'an Maternal Love Academy, Ran Jiaoying, Assistant General Manager and Business Department Assistant of Guanxin Internet Psychological Hospital, and Li Wendong, President of the Hegang Traditional Culture Promotion Association and head of the APEPCY base in Hegang, attended the opening ceremony. Xing Haiyan, Vice President and Secretary General of the Beijing Changier Education Foundation, presided over the ceremony.

President Zhang Yinjun delivered a speech and conducted a thematic sharing session with all the trainees.

Teacher Teaching

During the training, experts from the Academic Committee of Beijing Changier Education Foundation, including Zhang Meimei, Chen Xuan, and Bai Lu, conducted professional training on AIDS prevention, sex education, and psychological health. Wei Zhiyong, Deputy Secretary-General of the Chinese Psychological Intervention Association and a senior psychological expert, provided on-site coaching on counseling skills to the participants. Li Xianfeng, the Principal of Sun Valley (Huaxia) School, and Liu Guodong, the dean of Mingde Institute of Corporate Culture respectively shared their experiences in school education and corporate services. Mentor Liu Yulin and Vice President Shan Yishan delivered in-depth lectures on topics such as teacher life growth and the Internet dissemination of philanthropy and charity.

Lively classes

During this training, 6 pioneering teachers from APEPCY Phase I came to the site for refresher training and studied related courses together with the new batch of APEPCY teachers. Participants in the training exchanged ideas with high spirits, cultivating a dynamic learning environment. They immersed themselves in deep conversations with experts late into nights.

Speech by Trainee Representative and Pioneering Teacher He Li

At the completion ceremony, President Zhang Yinjun, Vice President Li Xianfeng, and the teaching experts presented completion certificates to more than 80 participants. As the trainee representative and the class monitor of this training session, Teacher He Li gave a course review titled "Carrying Gratitude, Walking with Love" and composed a poem.

The Plaque Presentation Ceremony of the APEPCY Mingde Academy Workstation

This event specially launched the "20 Years of Changier" series book project. The writer Niu Min utilized her spare time to interview 16 experts and scholars, teachers, and donors who have long accompanied the growth of Changier and been deeply involved at the grassroots, and collected many valuable stories. At the opening ceremony, 21 APEPCY Mingde Academy workstations from Jinan, Wenzhou, Dongguan, Qingdao, Yantai, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Xi'an, Hefei, and other locations were awarded plaques. The Beijing Changier Education Training Base held a plaque unveiling ceremony concurrently.
